This blend exemplifies "where the bean meets the dream." It is a beautiful integration that captures ALL we do here at K Bay. Nine bean varietals are chosen, hand-sorted, roasted separately, and blended to make some of the best espresso we have ever tasted. It is what we serve in-house because of its drink adaptability and its greatness, as is, in a doppio. Not only is this blend terrific and intended for espresso, but it also makes a deep and rich cup of drip.
